Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

HR Interview

The HR interview is a 30-45 minute meeting where you'll get to know us better. The recruiter will provide information about the company, its products, and the job opening, and answer any questions you may have. This will give you a chance to form a first impression of our company and see how our interests might align.
Stage 2

Technical Interview

The technical interview typically lasts 60 minutes. During this session, you'll meet with a technical expert from our team, where you can delve into detailed questions about the role and its responsibilities. We will also conduct a thorough assessment of your hard skills to evaluate your technical expertise.


Stage 3

Final Interview

The final managerial interview usually lasts 30-60 minutes. This meeting is with the hiring manager and focuses on determining if there's a good fit between you and the team. The manager will discuss their expectations for the role and the qualities they are looking for in a candidate in more detail.


Stage 4

Job Offer

The job offer stage involves the following steps: If we decide to move forward, we will contact you to discuss your financial expectations in detail. After that, we’ll need 1-2 days to prepare our formal offer. Once the offer is finalized, we will arrange a meeting with the hiring manager and recruiter to present the offer, outline the role and objectives, and answer any questions you may have.
