Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
HR Interview
The HR interview is a 30-45 minute meeting where you’ll get the chance to learn more about us. The recruiter will walk you through information about our company, our products, and the job opening. It’s also a great time to ask any questions you might have. This meeting will help you get a feel for who we are and see if our goals align.
- Stage 2
Technical Interview
The technical interview typically lasts about 60 minutes. During this session, you’ll chat with one of our technical experts, diving into the details of the role and its responsibilities. We’ll also take a closer look at your hard skills to better understand your technical expertise.
- Stage 3
Test Task
The technical assignment stage involves a brief task designed to assess your technical skills more deeply and assist us in making an informed decision. We aim for an objective evaluation. The assignment will use artificial data but will reflect real-world scenarios. This will also give you a clearer understanding of the role. We offer flexibility with deadlines and are open to discussing them on an individual basis.
- Stage 4
Job Offer
If we move forward to the job offer stage, here’s what to expect:
We’ll reach out to discuss your financial expectations, and after that, we’ll take 1-2 days to prepare a formal offer. Once it’s ready, we’ll schedule a meeting with the hiring manager and recruiter to present the offer, go over the role and objectives, and answer any questions you may have.
